Bladder Tank Foam Protection

Bladder Tank Foam Protection System

Bladder Tank Foam Protection Systems are widely used for effective fire protection in flammable liquid storage and processing areas. The system is designed to proportion foam concentrate accurately with water, producing a consistent foam solution for rapid fire suppression.
Deb-Asish Fire Protection Systems Pvt. Ltd. designs and installs bladder tank foam systems for industrial, oil storage, and high-risk applications. These systems are reliable, simple in operation, and suitable for facilities requiring dependable foam-based fire protection.

How the Bladder Tank Foam System Works

The system consists of a pressure vessel containing a flexible bladder filled with foam concentrate. When the system is activated, water enters the vessel and compresses the bladder, forcing the foam concentrate into the proportioning device.
The foam concentrate mixes with water at a predetermined ratio to form a foam solution, which is then discharged through foam makers, sprinklers, or monitors to effectively suppress flammable liquid fires.
